In twenty four hours, 90,000 violated vehicle numbers have been captured and automatically intimated to the traffic control room. This initiative will ensure road safety and it will be incorporated soon in other areas in Chennai City.

Greater Chennai Police (Traffic) and Hyundai's Road Safety Initiative in 'Traffic Regulation Observed Zone' (TROZ 1) installed 61 cameras in five junctions in Anna Nagar. This first time initiative will automatically observe traffic violations.

சென்னை மாநகர முக்கிய சாலைகளில் LED விளக்குகள் பொருத்தப்பட்டுள்ளன. இவை சாலை விபத்துகளை தடுக்க உதவும். மேலும் பல முக்கிய சாலைகளிலும் LED விளக்குகள் விரைவில் பொருத்தப்படும்.

LED lights have been installed at the traffic stop lines now in Chennai to alert the motorists so that accidents can be prevented. Soon, LED lights will be installed in the entire city.

This is the toughest part of the police job. Due to long and erratic duty hours most of the police officers have to face this situation. Do watch.
