अचानक एक पेपर कटिंग आज फिर से नजर आ गई और फिर याद आया, काश मोदी भारत देश के प्रधानमंत्री होते तो सभी भारतीयों को इनकम-टैक्स नहीं देना पड़ता, ऐसी बहुत टोपिया पन की स्कीम बताई गई थी लेकिन वह स्कीम बन कर रह गई, अखबार की कटिंग: रद्दी की टोकरी से, लगता है यह स्कीम युगांडा के लिए तो नहीं थी!
