@Jonathansegal85 @BritSocGastro Yes. Dedicated surveillance had longer inspection time and greater use of NBI as compared with non dedicated.

Dedicated Barrett’s surveillance detects more neoplasia and also detects more visible lesions as compared to non dedicated surveillance - data from a 🇬🇧 multi centre cohort of more than 1000 patients ( now reaching almost 2000 pts). Look 👀 for the full paper soon. @BritSocGastro

Impressive data & attention to audit is highly commendable. Well done to the entire team!! Services need to ensure compliance with the recently published ERCP standards. Regulation 28 report from Nottingham coroner highlights challenges with ERCP. If I were to ever need an ERCP, I would want to know the ERCP endoscopists KPIs & not just the units because it is a high risk procedure. Congratulations again for ensuring a robust governance process!!

Our @UHNM_NHS ERCP data over the last 4 years. - Apart from 1 severe pancreatitis (pseudocyst), rest all have been mild - All the deaths have been related to perforation - Pre ERCP EUS for low probable stones - led to ERCP cancellation in 34.8% in 2024 #GITwitter
