We have installed a technical update for #EscapefromTarkov. Balancing changes for the "Blackout" event: ● Raid duration on The Lab has been increased to 30 minutes in PvP and 35 minutes in PvE; ● In PvE, the number of Black Division operatives has been reduced, and the number of PMC bots has been increased on The Lab; ● Increased the chance for Black Division operatives to spawn with the arsenal storage room key; ● Any target now counts toward the progress of the "If I Can't Have It" task; ● Increased the amount of loot in locked rooms on The Lab; ● Added new TerraGroup Labs access keycard offers to Therapist and Mechanic. Fixes: ● Fixed the missing voice announcement during power outage on The Lab in PvE; ● Fixed incorrect UI display after opening the "Map" tab on the location selection screen.

@dezekenn @tarkov I sent in a ticket a couple days ago and they said this task cannot be completed during the event

@tarkov The quest a new beginning is bugged, exiting labs now on event doesnt tick the quest, do you guys know about it? Will there be a fix?

@csfloatcom Feel like this message should pop up if a user is spamming users with the same offer on one item after their offer has been declined. With how it's working now it's just punishing traders that are sending out constant bargains.

We're taking steps to combat "offer spam" on CSFloat. If you're sending many offers as a buyer with a low acceptance rate, you'll be automatically blocked from sending offers for a couple days. We hope to further encourage buyers to send reasonable offers to sellers.
