@andrewpanton The Steelcase Leap or Leap plus are really worth it! They cost a stupid amount, but you can get them refurbished for a little bit cheaper and they’re supposed to last a really long time. It’s so tough finding a good big and tall chair and I definitely feel how painful it can be.

Do you have big and tall chair suggestions? I know my seat issues have been a gag but I have been really struggling. Something with a wide comfy seat is the want. After a really painful week I'm depressed and defeated. Some guidance to a chair or brand would mean a lot. Thanks ❤️

@cdnstudent @AnnieFromAus I’m so sorry for your loss. I always feel like they treat assisted living and long term care places more as a business than an actual medical location. Can add a lot of stress to the grieving process.

@AnnieFromAus thanks Annie. I'm trying to be logical and calm atm but I'm still so angry that this happened, I know there's no such thing as foolproof protection but the fact that these long term care facilities and hospitals had dropped all protection just enrages me.

Just got the phonecall that my grandma passed away about a half hour ago, I truly hope there was no pain, rest in peace. I'm going back and forth between numbers and sick to my stomach.

That time John Prine told a story in my living room about meeting his songwriting hero at Toronto’s Riverboat Cafe in Yorkville around 1971. The Riverboat was legendary for the artists that came through - Joni Mitchell, Neil Young, John Lee Hooker, Simon and Garunkel and that songwriting hero - Gordon Lightfoot. Gordon recently had to call off his tour dates this year due to health-related issues. Wishing him all the best.
