The "moderates" ultimately signed on to the call for a ceasefire without the language that Kelsey describes as "Hamas bad" because they thought it was more important to oppose the mass killing of civilians, instead of endless perfunctory denunciation.

@AsVacation @CaralhoPhilly @StatisticUrban A return to pre-2008 lending standards would go a long way towards fixing the housing crisis, it would place individual buyers back on a level playing field when it comes to mortgages. Limiting the number of properties an investor can own via legislation just chokes growth.
