At this point, @iShaheenAfridi is simply taking a spot that someone more deserving should have. He becomes ineffective once the new ball loses its shine. He needs to either take a break to work on his pace or simply retire from the longer formats.

Who would’ve thought, 7 or 8 years ago, that Pakistan would be fielding “fast” bowlers clocking 120–130 km/h against Bangladesh, while Bangladesh would be playing genuine 140–145+ km/h bowlers?

It’s not that @HarisRauf14 & @iShaheenAfridi are bad bowlers, they have skills and are very potent bowlers. It’s just cricketing smarts & brains that are missing. They’re still in that teenage mindset where every fast bowling kid thinks he can clean bowl batter with pace.

This is by far the worst season of PSL.
Scheduling is absolutely terrible. Quality of cricket is pathetic. Crowds are not being allowed in. Viewership has declined.
Naqvi and company had already done enough damage to Pakistan cricket and now this league is suffering as well.
