Accra is surrounded by mountains and faced by the sea. When it rains the water from the mountains have to flow to the sea but due to no better drainage systems the water can’t flow into the sea. So what happens? FLOOD
Breaking people’s houses and homes won’t solve anything.
Consider building drainage systems, dredging our gutters and waterways and connecting it to the sea 🌊
Next year by this we will be seeing the same videos circulating and hearing the same cries and innocent peoples homes will go down and we would be facing same problems.

70% of the lights were fixed and some areas highlighted. For example @johndumelo made sure the Okponglo stretch mentioned was even fixed yet we always find people stealing cables or intentionally destroying them for cheap scores. Barn Yard to Pokwase was fixed. We will still fix
