@drpenking Obi doesn't need much help, he's got influence. Your broke daddy knows the rich will pick on anything to dismiss you if you have opportunity to be in their presence so he's training you well.. ire oo

Obi Cubana despite all his riches has allowed his son to keep his hair however he likes, but your father with N 42 000 in his bank account thinks any other hairstyle apart from lowcut is a sign of cultism. Poverty is a disease

Sir Frank @frankedoho See that our convo from yesterday. How can you attract gLoBaL TaLeNt with #220K per month? This is supposed to be a global brand. It will shock what they pay the "oyinbos" in their companies. Looking for Mbappe's talent with Kano Pillars salary.
👑S.A.L.A.K.O🕊@UnkleAyo

This is currently circulated as what Moniepoint offers for a Quality Assurance role. #1.9M per year. For granular context: This is $1,300 USD for the entire year. $115 per month. Then their CEO have the boldness to say, there's no global talent. Just Imagine.

@AsakyGRN Dumb people everywhere. You will never see Nigerians gathering to demand for people to exit their nation. We are too busy. If you come with a new line of business, we will learn it and compete with you on that turf. Go and ask ShopRite.

@TheEmmalez When I lost my grandma, i saw her again, maybe it was a dream but it felt super real, funny thing I wasn't scared at all,I was super excited that I kept begging her not to leave me again but she said she's always with me, she just said I shouldn't fight anyone and I've kept it

When I lost my husband, my mum advised me to make sure I wore my husband’s clothe and boxers to bed until he was buried. Ofcourse, I was curious so I asked, “Why?” She replied, “It’s our culture. If you do that, it separates you from him, so when his spirit comes around, he will know you are no longer bound as husband and wife.” I remember laughing. It didn’t make sense to me. It sounded like one of those old beliefs that people follow without questioning. So, in my mind, I dismissed it. In those first nights, I wore my usual nightwear. The first night passed. Then the second. But the third night… was different. Somewhere in the middle of the night, I slipped into a state that felt too real to be a dream. I became aware—deeply aware—of a presence in the room. I saw him. My husband. He moved toward the bed and gently—but deliberately—squeezed himself into the space between me and the other window who came to keep me company. Slowly, he settled in, backing the woman but facing me, his right arm stretched across me… our familiar sleeping position. In that moment, my heart was pounding. My mind was racing. Did he know I knew he was gone? So many thoughts flooded me at once: Should I shout? Should I pray? Should I wake up? Or should I stay still? I lay there, caught between fear, love, and disbelief… until I finally forced myself awake. The moment I opened my eyes, I didn’t hesitate. I got up, walked straight to his closet, took one of his T-shirts and his boxers, and put them on 🤣🤣. From that night until he was buried, I followed my mum’s advice—without question.🤔 Since then, I’ve come to accept something I once doubted: there are mysteries in this world that we may never fully understand. And sometimes, it’s not about explaining them… it’s about respecting them. I’m curious—have you ever heard of or experienced similar cultural beliefs about the connection between the living and the dead? © Christy Series
