This week’s PE challenge is outdoor cardiovascular exercise. We want you to either walk or run any distance between 1km and 5km. Apps such as Nike running, Strava, Relive and Fitbit will track your time and distance.🏃‍♂️🏃🏻‍♀️ Mr Chadwick has shared his 5km run could you challenge him?
