Absolutely shocking customer service from @RathwoodIreland .. ordered an item costing €210 on February 11th.. after radio silence from them for 2 weeks we cancelled the order and were told the refund was processed.. still no refund and all emails are being ignored @CCPCIreland

When you finally listen to a certain remix and it's even worse than expected.. won't be doing that again 🙄

@AshGTT Hi Ash, If the transaction was made originally by your card with another bank, if you can get in touch with them, they should be able to assist you with a chargeback, or a similar process they may have in place to retrieve the funds if there is no sign of the refund. Thanks, ^ER

@AskAIB hi, I purchased something from Vodafone with my revolut card, they cancelled the order but have issued the refund to my AIB account on their records, will this refund actually process or bounce back to Vodafone? It's been 7 business days since refund left their acc? Tks

@AskAIB Thanks I have already, they said I may have to report to my bank it as a lost refund as its showing that it left their account, I just wondered is it likely to refund when it's not the card the purchase was made on

Just landed in NYC - in a taxi when I get a notification of my mums Ring Doorbell. Weird because it is 4am there. I look and its paramedics. My stomach drops. I call family - luckily she is responsive. But stuff like this makes me feel bad being away all the time for work. Damn.
