Sharing this video recoring during session suspension in the Senate last May 11. Nakaka-bother how Alan Cayetano shouted at the former sergeant at arms Gen. Samonte and got him fired a few minutes after. Then, pinalit na si Gen. Aplasca to be the new Sergeant at Arms. 2 days after, Aplasca fired gun shots from inside the Senate. Saan kinuha ang confidence ?? Malamang sa bagong Senate President! 😡 Also, how selfish of Alan Cayetano to make an enemy out of the NBI. Our very own NBI. Sarili nating law enforcement agency. Lahat talaga gagawin niya kahit gaano ka dumi basta para sa mga ambisyon niya. Wala na akong ibang salitang maisip na ihalintulad sa kaniya kundi DEMONYO.

‘AKO PO PERSONALLY ANG NAGPAPUTOK NG ISANG WARNING SHOT’ Inamin ni Acting Senate Sergeant-at-Arms Mao Aplasca na siya ang nagpaputok ng unang warning shot nang makaharap ang National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) agents nitong Miyerkules, May 13. “Nagpakilala naman silang NBI pero dahil mayroon po silang baril, pinakiusapan po namin sila na kung pwede nilang ibaba ‘yung baril,” saad niya. “Sa halip na ibaba po, parang itinaas po ‘yung mga baril at parang acting as if pupunta sila sa tactical position kaya po nagpaputok kami ng warning shot,” dagdag pa ni Aplasca. Nauna nang sinabi ni NBI Director Atty. Melvin Matibag na ipinadala ang naturang NBI agents sa GSIS building na konektado sa Senado matapos humiling si GSIS General Manager Wick Veloso na i-secure ang lugar.

He left secretly, technically speaking he's a fugitive. Why? There's a warrant of arrest from the ICC based on RA 9851 din naman yan. So he really escaped, "Tumakas siya". Another thing is, if it's really true to his heart that he did not do anything wrong he should surrender.

SP Cayetano’s position, “PH’s legal system requires any foreign warrant to be validated by local courts before enforcement.” However, the DOJ & other lawmakers cite RA 9851, which allows cooperation or surrender of individuals to international tribunals under certain circumstances. For Former Sen Franklin Drilon & Atty Gilbert Andres, “Bato can already be arrested” Until the Supreme Court issues a ruling on pending petitions including whether PH agencies can legally enforce ICC warrants, this issue will remain legally and politically contentious. Your thoughts?

The Minority Bloc removed themselves from the area without warning anyone? Allowing their colleagues to fend for themselves—maybe even die in the process? If this is true, then ethically, that’s truly heinous. These are the same people who express outrage over the alleged EJK victims and the Taboso 19, yet apparently had no concern for the safety of the very people they work and share meals with. Damn.

Sa liham, sinabi ni Veloso na makatutulong ang kanilang presensiya para matiyak ang kaligtasan sa premises ng GSIS at maiwasan ang anumang hindi kanais-nais na insidente.
