I remain proud of the work we did on Face The Nation.Former Exec for News told us a year after we started that FTN brought in numbers on that slot that SABC has not seen in 4 years.We held power to account,asked tough questions even when it was uncomfortable.That work continues

There is no business case for canning a show drawing millions of viewers. Even if a line up is changed from time to time the changes are not made with cash cows and with draw cards. The CEO of Podcast and Chill said they can’t remix the biggest show on the platform. They can’t change it up for the sake of changing things up. You don’t put mayonnaise in pap for the sake of mixing things up. You don’t put Chakalaka in milk for the sake of mixing things up. What is more plausible is that he made someone angry somewhere and because of that they pushed him out. It cannot be. It cannot be that it was a business decision.
