@SWWHelp the mains water supply pump to the entire village of Ashcombe EX7 0QD has been tripped yet again (13 times in 13 months) despite being assured by SWW that a restart system was im place after numerous complaints over 7 years

@SWWHelp After 12 outages in 12 months I'm not surprised you don't hear from some vulnerable residents. They don't have the energy to keep ringing the hopeless SWW... what's the point when you DON'T DO ANYTHING!

@AshcombeC I can completely understand your frustration, and this will be resolved as soon as possible.
I have checked with my colleagues and we have not received any contact from vulnerable customers regarding their care being an issue, as this would be something we would prioritise.

@SWWHelp utterly useless. Reported the entire EX7 0QD area outage last night. Today you called asking if it was fixed. But without an engineer it's not going to be is it? All the other calls are also not being answered. Need a bowser now. Next is legal action

@SWWHelp So SWW have a faulty database. What a surprise. SWW also failed to notify over 40 households of planned works today.
SWW have made no alternative provision for this outage. No bottles, one tiny bowser.
Failing a community for +36 hours is negligence and zero duty of care.

@SWWHelp We asked for bowsers on site. This has not happened. 24 hours no water. We now have paying holiday guests leaving. Disabled people unable to be looked after.
We will look to recover lost income and compensation from SWW.

@SWWHelp It's really not good enough Kendall. No water 12 times this year! 23 hours this time. National Grid are brilliant at reacting quickly to issues. SWW are not. We need the bowsers this evening. Not one tiny one which wouldn't touch the sides.
