Chief Justice Maya has failed South Africa 🇿🇦
On the 4 of April she said she will release the Phala-Phala Judgement within a month - today is the last Day and she has not done so!
We have lost all confidence in that Judgement, especially since there has been suspicious appointments prior to the release of this Judgement.
The state has fully collapsed when the Judiciary is at this state that it is in now!!

@Vindevanes @SABCNews RUBBISH. This white Zimbabwean and his countrymen are too lazy to go back to Zim and fight to get it back from ZANU PF.

@kays_eddy @penuelist_ At this point I don't see any party winning a majority but it would be interesting to see Action SA do it 🤔

I did not receive any DMs from Pakistanis, Bangladeshis, Chinese, Taiwanese, Europeans, Americans & other non-African foreigners.
Understandably so, because the spotlight seems to not be on them, and they probably don't follow me at all. They are, however, also included in the foreigners & illegal foreigners discussion in South Africa.
White foreigners get hidden in South Africa, & most Black ppl cannot distinguish between a SAn White person & a foreign White person, mostly from a lack of proximity & contact.
White (& Asian) foreigners are based in suburbia, where there are few Black people, & especially Black ppl who are activists. Other White (& Asian) ppl are not calling them, as they aren't suffering like ordinary Black SAns.
As I close off my feedback from the DMs, I was educated on English-speaking Cameroonians who are discriminated against at home, Igbos who make up most Nigerians in South Africa & the complex dynamics within Nigeria.
I didn't expect hardcore criminals to DM me, of course, but I'm glad that many of the foreigners in SA condemn foreigners who commit crimes in SA & who are arrogant. They also have deep frustrations with the corruption at Home Affairs.
The ANC enabled foreigners to enter & stay in SA illegally. They keep turning a blind eye to the immigration issue. And many politically-connected SAns enjoy making money in mines & other businesses in African nations, & defend corruption because of this.
Thank you to everyone who sent me a DM. Will make a few videos on this topic next week. I hope we'll keep looking for solutions together, but until our govts are held to account, nothing will change.
Have a blessed weekend.
Penuel.

Vusi Thembekwayo used his platform to educate Nigerians.
VT became the first public figure to defend South Africa against the xenophobic narrative, peaking in Lagos VT refuted claims that South Africa is xenophobic, indirectly urging the Nigerian people to focus on challenging their government.
