Pearl Harbor victim Navy radioman Quentin Gifford, aboard the USS Oklahoma, is returned home to Minnesota 77 years after being killed in action. His remains exhumed and ID’d in 2015. His brother and sister, ages 94 and 81, never thought they would witness this day. @kare11
