@SAMA_GOV @SAMAcares no one from @EmiratesNBD_KSA bank is picking the calls, my bills are due even i pay my bills please guide me what can i do next ,

@EmiratesNBD_KSA @EmiratesNBD_AE this is amount of waiting time when i called customer care no answer till now, kindly provide a proper resolution for my issue on why my bill is due even i paid before due date @SAMA_GOV @SAMAcares

I have paid my Credit card bill in @EmiratesNBD_KSA but when i check from @SADAD in any of my bank still showing has due please check why it is happening like @SADAD @SAMA_GOV in your mobile banking also your don’t have a proper way to log this

@EmiratesNBD_AE When i call your saudi customer care no answer from your side , i made international calls and i have waiting for more than 5 min no one have picked up the call , check with your KSA team @EmiratesNBD_KSA
