The design and testing of taxon-specific mini-barcode markers for metabarcoding of marine zooplankton.
We focused on Copepoda (copepods), Euphausiacea (krill), Chaetognatha (arrow worms), and Hydrozoa (Cnidaria).

In addition to these primers, we have previously designed and tested taxon-specific mini-barcode markers for lobsters (journals.plos.org/plosone/articl…), prawns, crabs, shrimp and fish (pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/34626511/).
