Being an individual who works on datasets constantly, this video clearly explains what the current bottleneck within the industry is. People spend all their time trying to design the best architecture and utilize enough computing power, but if the data that goes into your model is just garbage harvested by bots, then none of this is going to help you. If the machine learns from something unverified or synthetic, then you don't only get worse results, but you implement the corrupted logic into your product itself.
