But part of the fun of this media game is introducing you to creatives you may not otherwise hear about. @AsiaSimone405 made a splash early this year with Moon Girl & Devil Dinosaur: Wreck and Roll. One look through her portfolio, and you can see her influences include some of the greatest animation from both Eastern AND Western cultures. And while her whimsical style has primarily been marketed to younger readers, there's an appeal that fans of all ages can get behind. So I'm happy to share today's conversation about cartoons, creativity, and navigating a career as both a comic artist and a full time teacher.
