Mucha gente ha olvidado que el primer Podemos se comió hasta a Bildu. Si hay un proyecto nacional impugnador y democrático (pero español, sí) la gente votará eso. Si no hay alternativa en España, se refugiará en la patria chica. No hay ninguna "irrupción nacionalista periférica", sino la fragmentación del proyecto popular algutinador que existió entre 2011 y 2016. Podemos interpretó mal su voto y no pudo cuajar un proyecto soberanista (español) pero por decisión de su dirigencia, no por accidente divino. Todas estas tareas siguen pendientes.

The Economist's democracy index should be renamed to the "how close can you get to the Western liberal model" index. It's absurd that some people still buy into this nonsense. A state legitimacy index would be far more interesting. The results would be quite different.
