@AskAvira Cant use this link it is for verified accounts and is a premium. I have submitted for a refund twice and have never received a response. And your website instant message system cannot deal with this. You do not make it easy to communicate.

@AskAvira i have been with Avira for years. I can no longer afford the subscription so i cancelled halfway through, 6 months remaining. I am told by you, you only give refunds if within 3 months. This is wrong i don’t want a full refund, prorate it!
