@Debenhams real issues with a faulty item my partner is trying to return and either get a refund or replacement but so far keeps getting fobbed off by a third party company and this isn’t what you expect from a uk company failing consumer act rights not happy or impressed at all

@Debenhams hi I received my order on Friday but what I received was completely smashed.I have contacted you via what’s app, I message and Facebook as you don’t have a phone number or email. I have not had a response on any of those platforms can this be sorted it’s poor service
