@HomeServeUK 2/2: paying for the highest level of cover for quite some time. The whole experience felt dismissive and unhelpful. Communication was poor throughout, and I was left with no practical support or solution. Very disappointing service. I would strongly advise others to avoid.

If you have a service agreement with @HomeServeUSA cancel it. Called 10 days ago and have yet to get a call back. Why have coverage if you get ZERO assistance?

no he conocido empresa con un servicio peor que @HomeServe_ES llamas, te tienen a la espera +40 min (esto es recurrente), encima te lo cogen y te cuelgan y para empeorar todavía más la situación, cuando consigues hablar con ellos te mandan el servicio q no es ✨✨
