We should stop trying to “delight” #insurance customers. I get the idea/intent, but it’s ridiculous. I work in the industry, so I would say I’m hyper aware, and I’ve NEVER met anyone who had or aspired to have a “delightful” insurance or #insurtech experience. Just sayin’…
