Great to see our JV partners, @AskRealEst, handing over their state of the art building on @firststreetmcr to @UKGovPropAgency. It will house over 2,600 civil servants once operational in the heart of Manchester. Fantastic job by all involved, including @bamukandireland. 👏

The hub is set to accommodate around 2,600 civil servants from various government departments once fully operational. With our joint venture partner, @RichardsonUK, Ask secured a full pre-let of the Grade A BREEAM Excellent office building to the GPA in 2022.

🗞️Fantastic news for our @firststreetmcr scheme in Manchester this week as the @UKGovPropAgency has confirmed it has accepted the handover of its new hub. Plot 9a, the new nine-storey building completed by @bamukandireland, is now ready for the internal fit-out to commence.

🎉 We were delighted to join the @HOME_mcr team back in January for the official launch of HOME Arches. 🎭 @firststreetmcr and Ask were proud to support this project, a unique transformation of former railway arches into a truly versatile space for emerging artists to gather.

The awards programme celebrates commercial property transactions and projects completed in 2024, and John and the panel will be tasked with reviewing the standout work that has helped shape our industry.
