Just Carolisa and me so a quiet New Year’s Eve evening at home with some caviar and a vintage sparkling Italian, followed by a dinner of grilled Cornish game hens, sweet potato casserole and roasted Brussels sprouts with balsamic vinegar and shaved Parmigiano Reggiano. The 2020 @Kosta_Browne Pommard paired nicely. #Cheers🥂

Picked up some beautiful Scottish salmon @MazzarosMarket for dinner tonight, prepared panko-pesto crusted, served a side of fresh linguine with pesto. Had an open bottle of Le Volte dell’Ornellaia so went with it. #Cheers🍷
