@AsktheCoventry They said I have to go to a branch, but that's too far away. There's no way for a new customer to open an account in time to take part for the final draw even though I've applied in time. Can you help me with a work around?

@jennyc14 Good morning. To check to see if you're set up for paperless statements, you'll need to login to our Online Services. Once logged in, go to 'My details' Paperless settings'. You'll be able to check and change your statements to online if required. Many thanks, Mark.
