Californians pay the HIGHEST utility rates in the US & the CA's largest utilities want more! Thanks to the 33 colleagues who signed my letter urging CPUC to reject the IOUs’ proposed rate hikes that benefit shareholders at our expense. Higher electricity rates are unacceptable!
