I have been wanting to get into Stephen King books for a while. Seen a handful of movies/shows but only ever read one novel. So I want to try and push myself further into his body of work. So this will be a thread that I update with my opinions once I finish a book 🧵

@JerbearFreeman Part 3 is also why the Chapter Black arc of YYH is so whack bc Togashi liked stands and introduced a random new magic system that was just discount stands

@JerbearFreeman Part 6 is the one with a girl jojo Part 3 is when it switches to Stands and completely ignores everything that made the first 2 parts fun and it switched to a villain of the week format and is 55 episodes long which is just ridiculous.

@JerbearFreeman My friends told me One Piece gets good couple hundred ch. in but like thats too much I like early Jojos I mean part 1 is interesting enough to do 7 episodes but, I love Part 2. Part 3 was ateocious imo and I completely dropped the series after 13 episodes

@JerbearFreeman I really really wanted to like it bc I feel like I should. I downloaded it all and tried reading it & tapped out after ~50 ch. because no one had any character arc yet 50 chapters in Dragon Ball finishes its second major arc and Goku learns many valuable lessons. luffy doesnt
