Thanks to Rotary for donating dictionaries to all 3rd grade students at Aspen. We enjoyed having you visit and are excited for this wonderful resource.

Students have voted and we have winners in the pumpkin decorating contest hosted by Miss Riley ⁦@ASLibrary⁩ . CONGRATULATIONS to Kingston, Evelina, Evan, Brenden, Arthur, and Andre our grade level winners! Thanks to ⁦all who participate.

Thanks to Mrs. Caby, Mrs. Burke, Mrs. Olson, Mrs. Saliba and Mrs. Williamson for organizing these fun Halloween themed learning activities. What an outstanding 2nd grade team.

Mrs. Pogachnik and her 5th grade students invited parents in to see what happens in math. There are some really challenging math activities that stumped both students and parents. One card in 24 stumped Mr. Fredricksen, Noa, Paul, and Aiden.

Look at all of these socks! Aspen Student Council ran a very successful SOCTOBER event. Totals to be shared later today with all students. We are going to help a lot of people in need! AWESOME JOB ASPEN!!

Students in Ms. Green's first grade class at Aspen Elementary voted on the submissions they liked best in Aspen's pumpkin contest. More than 140 creative, imaginative and colorful pumpkin creations were submitted. #D73inspires #become1@AspenD73

So proud of our Aspen Chorus tonight. They gave an outstanding performance. Thanks to Mrs. Luce for all her hard work getting them ready for their first performance. Great to perform with Elementary South and Middle South students tonight. #become1

Mrs. Gerjol celebrated student success by having a special lunch today. Congratulations to the students for earning this special time with their teacher. Thanks to Mrs. Gerjol for spending her lunch celebrating student success.

This group of Aspen ACE team members just came up with a great recycling plan. Soon they will be presenting their idea to all students and implementing their plan.

Aspen Student Council has collected 167 pairs of socks for their SOCTOBER event. New socks are being collected to support those in need. Their goal is to collect 250 by Friday, November 1st. Consider supporting this group by donating socks!

There are so many outstanding character pumpkins, thought up by our amazing students, decorating the library. Thanks to ⁦@ASLibrary⁩ for putting together this awesome opportunity.
