@KilconaVC @ctvwinnipeg @Wpg_BlueBombers @Selburrows That leak to media polarized people very quickly and it was dead in the water before we could do the serious legwork to see if it could be done in a way that was sensitive to the needs and interest of the Pt. Douglas community. I still regret that it didn’t happen.

@KilconaVC @ctvwinnipeg @Wpg_BlueBombers Because it showed a huge development on top of existing buildings, which was never intended as the actual plan, people were rightly upset and taken totally by surprise. I had to scramble to try and explain it to @Selburrows and residents but it got off totally on the wrong foot.
