Tldr: My brain could have exploded.
Basically I'm under weight, I don't eat a whole lot but I drink a lot of water. This caused my Sodium to get rather low to dangerous levels.
I'm safe now and about to exit the hospital as I type this :)

I’m so exhausted. I’ve had no sleep, finished bringing in all my stuff into my apartment, and it’s almost 1500. I usually get up @ 1600. I haven’t slept all day
