@JioCare Service Request no. SR00002M4S10 for Jio Air Fiber has been raised today at 7.59 AM for Engineer visit between 10 Am and 11 am but till 11.33 AM no engineer has been assigned and no update is provided regarding the arrival of Engineer. Awfully bad service

@JioCare No engineer turned up in the last 12 hours. The service request was raised at 7.59 am and the service slot was booked for 10-11 a.m. No one was assigned till 12.30 pm. At 12.30 an engineer Purnendu was assigned for 8pm to 9 pm and now I find that it has been conveniently deleted
