The child Zaher Nasser Shamia, from Jabalia camp in northern Gaza, was shot by Israeli forces, left bleeding on the ground, and then run over and torn in half by an Israeli bulldozer. Any post that mentions him — even one showing his smiling photo — is hidden or restricted. Tell the whole world his story, and the story of the 22,000 other children like him whom Israel has killed in cold blood.

The worst thing about the humanitarian catastrophe that now engulfs the vast majority of the Gaza Strip is that, according to NBC News, thousands of aid trucks packed with essentials are waiting outside the enclave. The famine cannot be rationalized.
