@HeathMayo That Trump has to constantly pat himself on the back is a sign of his insecurity, self-doubt, and narcissism. It'll be his undoing. Great leaders like Washington, Lincoln, and Reagan never bragged about, or elevated, themselves. Humility was the hallmark of their character.

@WardRaptors991 @grilli262 @Mylovanov You're wrongly fixated on treaties@ Treaties aren't the only aspect of foreign policy. Policy is also set by POTUS and congress. And what treaty allows Netanyahoo to push gullible/easily manipulated Trump into war with Iran?

Rubio and Kallas clashed at the G7 over Russia. Kallas confronted Rubio, asking when the U.S. would get tougher on Moscow. Rubio snapped back, saying the U.S. is already doing everything it can and telling her to “go ahead” if Europe thinks it can do better - Axios. 1/

@theusualfodder @grilli262 @Mylovanov You hear this nonsense (on talk radio) then spout it out without really understanding what you are talking about--like a drunk at the end of the bar--and like dumbo Trump (who, ironically, doesn't drink).

@grilli262 @Mylovanov The Straits of Hormuth are a European and Asian problem. If they don't want to support it, then why should we care?

@WardRaptors991 @grilli262 @Mylovanov "While technically in force upon signing, the agreement is primarily a non-legally binding 'statement of intentions.' Its effectiveness hinges on Congressional appropriation of funds and willingness of current and future U.S. administrations to uphold its provisions." - Google AI

@AssemblyRoomUSA @grilli262 @Mylovanov What It Includes A commitment by the U.S. to continue materiel support, training, advising, and other assistance to support Ukraine’s defense forces. A structure for regular consultations, including in the event of future Russian armed attacks. It's not an enforceable treaty.

@WardRaptors991 @grilli262 @Mylovanov Your speaking legalese that doesn't strictly apply to foreign policy. BTW, Trump went to war with Iran without Congressional approval or funding--which is extra-Constitutional. And--I pointed out to you the 10-year Ukraine defense agreement signed by Biden and Zelensky in '24.

@WardRaptors991 @grilli262 @Mylovanov On June 13, '24, Biden and Zelenskyy signed a landmark 10-year Bilateral Security Agreement aimed at bolstering Ukraine’s defense against Russian aggression.  This is part of a broader framework of deals intended to address the "security void" left by the '94 Budapest Memorandum.

@grilli262 @Mylovanov Almost every European nation, save Hungary and Slovakia, have weaned themselves off Russian oil. So your point is completely mistaken.

@Mylovanov Leave Ukraine up to the Europeans. It’s not America’s war. The weaklings in Europe are funding the Russian war effort by buying Russian energy anyway.

@theusualfodder @grilli262 @Mylovanov When you call Ukraine "our b*tch," you sound as though you are on the side of Communist, and mass murderer, Putin. There has not been a European butcher like him since Hitler and Stalin. Frankly, you sound like a traitor.

@AssemblyRoomUSA @grilli262 @Mylovanov Since not one inch Eastward promise - Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Albania, Croatia, Slovenia, Montenegro, etc., have all joined NATO. This war has been in planning for 25+ years. Ukraine is our b*tch in this fight.

@theusualfodder @grilli262 @Mylovanov Russia terrorized and subjucated Eastern Europe for decades. And every one of the nations you mentioned would've been foolish not to join NATO--just as Ukraine was foolish for not insisting that they be admitted to NATO before turning over their nuclear weapons to Russia.

I am ashamed to admit that I once gave Viktor Orban the benefit of the doubt. He was once a brave young anti communist activist who represented the idealism of the post Soviet era. Early in his government, he led important conservative reforms, and offered a much needed counterbalance in the EU to the Brussels elites on uncontrolled migration, woke extremism, etc.. I have friends who have served in his government who I believe to be decent, principled people. But in recent years he has morphed into a lackey of Moscow and Beijing. His obsessive attacks on Ukraine are odious. He is pathetically clinging to power by demonizing the poor people of Ukraine, victims of Putin’s murderous war to restore the Russian Empire. He has tragically become what he once fought against: a corrupt authoritarian. Hopefully the proud Hungarian people will soon end this humiliation.

💥Viktor Orbán angrily responded to protesters who booed him at a rally in opposition-led Győr. He accused them of promoting Ukrainian interests and wanting to send “Hungarians’ money to Ukraine,” as his campaign follows a path-dependent strategy blaming everything on Ukraine.
