I can guarantee a 6% return on my investment by paying off my house early.
After that I’ll focus more on locking in a 10% return from investing into the S&P 500.
To me having the freedom of no mortgage payment is more valuable.

If the proposed Autonomous Subdivision goes thru as it is currently suggested, Oregon State & Washington State are included in it. They were both added since they are both paying the top tier in the House Settlement. No one involved in this wants any lawsuits.
The only thing that is undetermined at this point is whether Oregon State & Washington State would come into the new subdivision as members of the ACC or the Big 12. The rumors going down here is possibly giving a larger chunk of the CFP money to the conference that adds them.
Supposedly, they want this all done before 2030. A lot to get done but it could definitely happen.

This guy put an ad out for free rock. He wasn’t going to use it. 8 1/2 tons worth. You come load it and you haul it away. A woman messaged him that she wanted it. He told her to bring a big truck. She showed up in a mini van with buckets and was putting the rock into buckets in the back of her van. She asked him to take the ad down and she said she would come back for the rest of it. He’s kind of laughing about it in disbelief. Maybe she doesn’t have a lot of money. Maybe she wanted to use it to make her yard look nice and couldn’t afford to buy any. Instead of making fun of the situation, how about going out there and helping her. I’d have helped her. Would you have helped that woman? Or, was his ad sufficient- free rock, you load it, you haul it away? What would you have done?

If they offered Bitcoin expose I’d gladly take the match…
But at 42, locking capital into shitty vehicles for another 25 years compared to buying Bitcoin makes zero sense
I’d rather just forfeit the 100% up front and take the Bitcoin CAGR

Percentages make no sense for tipping.
I go to a restaurant and order a $20 steak. Guy at the table next to me orders a $100 steak.
If I tip $5 I’m considered a great tipper, but he’s expected to tip at least $20.
Why? The server literally did the same amount of work!
