Thank you so much Gothipire! I really appreciate your support. It's good to know what people are using. Ideally looking for something that's user friendly. I personally found mixitup to be a bit confusing when I last tried it, but it has been on my mind, so i'll consider looking into it again!

@AssetShop_ Personally Mix it up is what I prefer but if you end up using something else like streamer bot I'll happily just use that for you instead!

Hello everyone ♥ I have been made aware of the rumors circulating around StreamElements possibly shutting down. While their official statement regarding the situation does not instill confidence, there is still a chance the platform could be acquired or continued in some form. That said, even if it does happen, this tells us that relying entirely on a single platform is not ideal long term. While it may buy us some time, it tells me alternative solutions for widgets is still necessary moving forward. Though we likely cannot cover every possible platform. So finding something majority of customers will be comfortable using, and swapping to will also be a challenge. If any of you have feedback on services you all like to use, that would be most appreciated. Your patience and understanding during this transition period would truly mean a lot, and I'm sure not just to me, but all widget creators. I completely understand many of you are worried as it also affects your streams, and I’m truly sorry for the inconvenience and any stress this situation may cause. I sincerely appreciate everyone’s kindness, patience, and support while we navigate the best way forward. Lastly, I know many of you were looking forward to the release of some of the new projects I’ve teased, and while those projects are not abandoned, this situation will likely delay their release for a while. Right now, my priority needs to be focused on finding solutions and alternatives for existing widget products before I can comfortably move forward with new releases. Thank you for your time and reading. If anyone has any suggestions, we are open to hearing them, as it may even help other widget creators as well, as we are all in this together.

@DistressedDruid Thank you so much for your support Druid! It means a lot. 💜 I only knew of sound alerts being used for sound effects, I will look into it to see what it's capable of!

@AssetShop_ I’m so grateful you’re acknowledging this, I recently bought your overlays to upgrade my stream and love them so much. I also use sound alerts and it seems to have capability to do what yours do? (I have the tranquil pond pack!) either way whatever platform you choose I’ll follow

@GatorceriVT @FairithmVT @sayonanii Thank you for looking out for us. 💜 We are actively working and looking for alternate solutions should Streamelements shut down. Don't worry we aren't going anywhere, we will service our widgets. 💜

@FairithmVT I get that. You would need to ask the people that create the widgets though. As an artist I am not comfortable giving their work to you to use. Most of my widgets are from @sayonanii and @AssetShop_ if you want to talk to them about this.

I want to add, if StreamElements does shutdown, I will have to go on another hiatus until I can find something that isn’t fucking StreamLabs and that will use my widgets I have for StreamElements. The reason this is, my setup relays heavily on StreamElements so I would have to redo my whole setup. All my widgets are from @sayonanii and @AssetShop_ to name the two I use the most so this will be a problem without StreamElements.

@sayonanii Oh my god. This is .. a lot to take in. I feel the weight already and I don’t nearly have the amount of widgets you do. I’m not even sure how I would proceed.

We are aware of the recent rumors about StreamElements closing and we’re still trying to process everything. Creating widgets has been pretty much our full time job for the past couple of years and we poured so much time and effort into building a huge portfolio of products that relied on StreamElements. We are as frustrated as you are and honestly pretty scared about the future! We are considering all possible already existing tools or even something a bit more exciting. Who knows, maybe this is the beginning of something new! Not sure what comes next but we hope StreamElements gives everyone a grace period to fully transition, which will gives us time to do the same! We also hope we get the same kindness from all our users because from now on, we will have to rework dozens and dozens of widgets and make them compatible with totally different systems. We apologize in advance for any delays with finding the right alternative, re-releasing widgets and even replying to tickets. We will be doing our best to make this transition as easy as it can be and your support and patience will mean a lot 💜 We're also actively listening to suggestions on Discord so feel free to stop by!
