Virginia law allows every parent to opt out of the HPV vaccine for their students to attend public schools. I’m not an anti-Vaxer - but I am anti-government-lying-to-parents. This happens year after year. If you want to get the HPV vaccine for your child, that is a conversation that you should have directly with your pediatrician. But you should not be under the mandatory compulsory obligations to get the HPV vaccine as a condition for your child to attend public school. If you can opt out for no reason - the vaccine is not mandatory.

Nick Minock reported that Fairfax Supervisor Jimenez was stopped for 104/70. In Virginia there is a new law that requires anyone at that speed to have a speed governor installed on their vehicle. But he is a Democrat - so he will probably be allowed to do community service for his reelection campaign and be given an apology by the prosecutor.

According to the article tinyurl.com/3wckd7du - 230,000 votes at least were illegally cast in the NYC mayoral race. Mamdani won by 203,000 votes. If you think this is wrong you are a racist, Zionist, islamaphobic because elections are 100% secure. System of a Down was not just a great band - they were modern day prophets: Barbarisms by Barbaras With pointed heels Victorious Victorias kneel For brand new spanking deals Marching forward, hypocritic And hypnotic computers You depend on our protection Yet you feed us lies from the tablecloth

Having Jay Jones on the team of 23 lawyers is like picking the the fat kid last at dodge ball. The other competent state AG’s are about to find out that AG Jones is 0-3 in Virginia on the big cases and .. oh… can’t spell Virginia. I’m happy he is on this one. He will bring negative value added.

As every parent who has a child almost ready for college - annual tuition for instate Universities is a sticker shock to say the least. $30k a year to go to George Mason - tuition, fees, books and room and board - in state - all in. Virginia taxpayers subsidize the university by $252 million a year. All while the academic elite laugh their way to the bank. Look at each of the top five highest paid employees there make more than the governor of Virginia by double and triple digits.

David Poole breaks open a major story. Campaign funds used to defend her personal legal troubles. Senator Lucas is a multimillionaire. Yet she can’t pay her own legal fees. Nothing to see here. Move along. If you think this is wrong then you are absolutely a racist fascist bigot Nazi. Link to story: shorturl.at/BAnhm

This year the General Assembly passed a bill to allow our rogue AG the authority to sue gun shops under a nuisance theory using the Virginia Consumer Protection Act. If a customer comes in, buys a gun, fully passes the background check and the state police indicate the file is "Approved" to sell - the gun shop owner could still be sued if the individual misuses the firearm - no different than Ford could be sued if someone takes their car and intentionally runs someone over. This law is scary. It can be used as a weapon against dealers that sell and transfer AR15s or 17 round pistol magazines. What if someone buys a Glock 17 9mm today with a 17 round magazine - during the injunction - and then uses it to shoot up a mall. Could the gun shop owner be sued under this new law? Likely - and would Jay Jones make an example of a shop that sold a 17 round magazine after July 21? Almost certainly. The idea of lawsuits like this keep me awake at night. I don't fault any business, including Green Top, for decisions each make on business going forward. Its easy to sit on a keyboard and condemn businesses that may be taking a conservative approach. But a lot is going on here - and if the AG puts their weight against a gun shop owner - the gun shop will never have the resources to defend. If a business is making a decision to do something one way or the other - understand there is a lot to consider.

News flash - white folk dont like being spied on everywhere we go either. Race has nothing to do with it. Flock cameras have expanded to a police state surveillance system similar to what communist China has imposed. They need to come down. It would be nice to see Senator Aird just stand up for what’s right and stop race baiting everything. We should all agree - regardless of race - or political party - flock camera should come down. Immediately.

Why would you want an Utah non resident permit? Simple. The General Assembly passed a law this year to allow the Attorney General to review and revoke concealed carry reciprocity agreements. That authority kicks in on July 1 of 2027. If the Attorney General decides to revoke any state that Virginia currently has reciprocity with you can backstop that with a Utah nonresident permit that works in all of the states below The point is this. Get the Utah permit and that insulates you from any bad decisions the Attorney General will make next year. To enroll in a class- click here: Defensivetacticsvb.com

The air quality sucks because there are forest fires in Canada. Not because of data centers To blame data centers for the air quality right now is no different than saying a senator who drives around in a hummer is responsible for the poor air quality. (Ask Louise what she drives). Democrats are delusional.

It is disappointing to see elected officials dismiss hundreds of pages of intelligence reports—many prepared during the Biden administration—that discuss efforts by the Chinese government to influence or exploit vulnerabilities in the American election system. Whatever one’s politics, foreign interference in our elections should concern every American. This is not about relitigating the 2020 election. It is about recognizing that our greatest geopolitical adversary has devoted significant resources to collecting data, conducting cyber operations, and seeking influence wherever vulnerabilities exist. No serious person can honestly claim that our election system is 100% immune from foreign interference. Every complex system has vulnerabilities, and our responsibility is to identify and eliminate them. There are documented concerns about noncitizen voter registration, foreign cyber threats, and the security of election infrastructure. Pretending these issues do not exist—or dismissing them because they are politically inconvenient—does nothing to strengthen public confidence or election integrity. People should stop reflexively assuming that every document released by President Trump is false simply because he released it. If the documents are authentic intelligence records, they deserve to be evaluated on their merits, not dismissed because of the messenger. Regardless of party, Republicans, Democrats, and Independents should be united on one fundamental principle: foreign governments should have zero influence over American elections. We should all want elections that are secure, transparent, and worthy of the public’s confidence. This is not about the past. It is about protecting the future. China is one of America’s principal strategic competitors, and if our intelligence community identifies efforts to exploit our election system, we should confront those threats together—not deny they exist. Election security should never be a partisan issue.

Lying Democrats continue to push that elections are safe and secure US Intelligence: 200 million voter records were stolen by china. 278k illegal aliens enrolled voters in 4 states. CA, PA, NJ and NV. China paying reporters to write negative stories about Trump. Helmer and every Democrat calling the President a liar - is calling the entire US Intelligence community a liar. Epic gaslighting by the left. Pathetic.
