This woman was pulled over for not wearing her seatbelt. It then escalated into an incident when she refused to listen or comply with the police. Could he have let her go with a warning, or did her attitude make him continue?!!

Couple swaps seats when they get pulled over. This couple swapped seats when the officer pulled them over—you can see her buckling her seat belt. Apparently it was night and the car's lights were not on. But why did they swap? The officer asked the passenger for his DL, and when he ran it, there was a warrant. So now what?
