More competitive teams in the mid table defines a stronger league

A league isn’t competitive if two teams get 97+ points. It means they were the only two good teams.

Two elite teams pushing each other to near perfection doesn’t prove the league was weak.
So a table where everyone finishes on 68 points because they’re all inconsistent and average is somehow “more competitive.”
