Upon reviewing the offer criteria, we found that this cashback is applicable only to users who have not used Paytm UPI in the last 60 days. Since a transaction was made from your account within this period, the eligibility conditions were not met, and the cashback could not be credited. Hi Astha, We tried to call you however the number was not contactable, We understand that you were expecting a cashback of ₹50 for your recent Flipkart payment. @Paytmcare 200011294603 Still not resolved.. i think ya all need to focus on ur customer service rather than putting all ur moneys in ai . I think ya all have sacked ur employee coz I have dmed multiple times on insta n nobody is responding over there. @vijayshekhar
