Come and join our band!!! Training Band is open to young people just starting out on their musical journey and Youth Band is for grade 3+ standard. We rehearse at Astley Christian Fellowship every Thursday evening and can provide an instrument free of charge. 🎵🎺🎶 #AYBfamily

We've been back with a bang this week!! 101 members have stepped foot through the doors of Astley Christian Fellowship and all of our ensembles have got off to an amazing start. It's the beginning of a really exciting year for AYB! 🎵🥳🎶🎺

We can't wait to get started for the new school year! New members are always welcome. We have an exciting year ahead of events and a 30th anniversary tour to the Isle of Man planned. AUC & AUB start back on Monday 11th September. ATB & AYB start back on Thursday 14th September.

This car was spotted being driven M55 near Blackpool. Examination of windscreen found it to be allowing 33% light (legal 75%) & side windows 12% (legal 70%). Driver provisional licence & uninsured. Several offences reported, car seized & subject to immediate prohibition #Team4RPU

It was really nice to welcome a quartet from the @rncmlive to our rehearsal last Thursday! We love our partnership and how these students can inspire/support our members. 🎶🎺

Great performances from both Youth Band and Unlimited Band tonight at St Ethelbert's Church, Bolton. 🎺🎶🤩 Special shout outs to James for his first concert with the band and to Oliver for his first concert on Tuba! Well done everyone!

Today's the day! Astley Training Band and Astley Youth Band are off to the National Youth Brass Band Championships at Stockport Grammar School. Both bands have worked incredibly hard over the past few months preparing for today and we are SO proud of each and every member. 🎵🎺

We won!!! Congratulations Astley Unlimited Choir! Winners of the senior choir class at Ramsbottom Music Festival. 🎶

Well done to Maisie for winning 'Mini Winnie' this week! 🎵🎺🎶

Huge thank you to Mark Peacock for coming down tonight to work with us! The band are working really hard preparing for the National Youth Brass Band Championships.
