In the case of Song Minho, we aren't talking about “forgetting a few days” of military service. This is an investigation that points to deliberate evasion and use of third parties to cover obligations (all the news says so). That isn't a "minor error" it's a serious breach of a law that, in South Korea, has social, legal and symbolic weight. If it were "so easy" many could go out and take "days off" but it's not like that! It's an obligation that requires discipline and respect, not something optional that accommodates personal whim.⁉️⁉️ But of course, when the person involved is someone popular, suddenly everything becomes “exaggeration”, “injustice” or “persecution” and COHERENCE DISAPPEARS. ➡️⚠️These kind of people compare different cases as if they were equivalent: Taeil, Seungri, Kim Soo Hyun... completely DIFFERENT situations IN LEGAL CONTEXT AND SEVERITY, but used as an excuse to relativize another crime. IT'S NOT ANALYSIS, IT'S CONVENIENCE. And this is where many get confused: defending #KimSooHyun IS NOT FANATISM IT'S CONSISTENCY 'cause from the beginning, the “evidence” has been distorted, taken out of context or directly inconsistent. To this day, there is no solid evidence that legally incriminates him, is there? Analyzing this with judgment is not “defending your favorite”, it's understanding how the burden of proof works. Exactly! At its core, genuine empowerment for women or anyone for that matter, should mean building internal strength, competence, resilience, agency, accountability, and the ability to navigate life without constant external blame (men).
