🚨 THE US REGULATORY SYSTEM JUST BROKE
In 48 hours, SpaceX goes public at $1.77 TRILLION - the biggest IPO ever
I've been trading for over a decade, and I have never seen them rewrite the rulebook like this
Nasdaq, MSCI, and the biggest brokers in America all bent their own rules for ONE private company
That doesn't happen by accident
Let me show you exactly what they did:
First, Fidelity dropped its minimum account size from $500,000 to $2,000
A 99.6% cut
Think about that:
The most exclusive door on Wall Street, thrown wide open to millions of small investors - days before the biggest debut in history.
Ask yourself one question
Why do they suddenly want YOU in?
Because somebody needs people to sell to.
SpaceX reserved 30% of the deal for retail
THREE TIMES the normal share
And even then, most people didn't get a full allocation.
So to grab more at Thursday's open, they're dumping everything else TODAY to raise cash.
That's half of the selling you're seeing.
The other half? The smart money front-running July.
Here's the trick:
SpaceX doesn't join the Nasdaq 100 on day one.
It joins 15 days later, because Nasdaq cut its own waiting period from 3 months to 15 days
Just for this.
The moment it joins, every QQQ fund on Earth is FORCED to buy.
$22–27 billion in automatic buying.
Translation: imagine 50 buses all forced to pull into the same gas station on the same morning.
The funds know the stampede is coming.
So they're selling now to free up cash for it. Retail selling. Institutions selling. At the exact same time.
THAT is your selloff.
Now here's the part nobody will say out loud:
When the most connected money on the planet builds a $1.7T exit door and hands the keys to the smallest investors in the market…
That's NOT generosity
That's distribution at the top.
We've seen this movie twice:
➮ 2000 Dotcom
➮ 2021 SPAC mania
Insiders cash out at insane valuations while the crowd chases the hype.
The math ain't mathing.
So you've got two choices in the next 48 hours:
Chase the most expensive IPO in history at the open…
Or read the prospectus and realize you might BE the exit.
The next few days will be INSANE, but don't worry - I'll break down every move as it happens, like I always do.
Like it or not, I called every major top and bottom of the last decade publicly. I'll call this one too.
Many people are going to wish they followed me before June 12, 2026.
Soon, you'll understand why.

JUST IN: SpaceX targets an IPO of $135 per share

@ChiSportsTracks @ChicagoBears @tyschmit @AdamSchefter Like it or not, the NFL is a business and Illinois sucks for businesses. The Bears better take that deal like yesterday
English

Adam Schefter just dropped a bomb: The Chicago Bears are one massive step closer to becoming the Indiana Bears. 🚨
The Board of Directors voted to advance a brand-new stadium project over the border in Hammond, Indiana. Schefter's source claims it's practically a "done deal."
Illinois politicians mismanaged this so badly that the franchise might actually clear out of the state entirely.

@bennyjohnson @JBPritzker Truly believable. I’m kinda shocked it was $2.5 and the number wasn’t higher
English

Hey Chicago Bears Fans,
Your blood is about to boil reading this:
I just did some research. The state of Illinois has spent over $2.5 BILLION on free benefits for illegals last year.
At the same time Illinois Governor @JBPritzker was telling the Bears there’s “no money” for tax relief on a new stadium.
Let that sink in.
For $2.5 billion the state of Illinois could have PAID for a new stadium for the Chicago Bears.
Instead, they spent it paying for lavish benefits for aliens, while running a $3 billion deficit and losing a franchise they've had for over 100 years.
This is what Democrat priorities look like. They hate you and will destroy your state for power.

English

@Chicago_History White Sox are on deck for a new ballpark now that the this shitshow hopefully is over
English

This is Soldier Field in Chicago.
Imagine being known as the Governor and Mayor who lost the Bears. 😳
The Bears need to be in Chicago and that field that Sweetness, Sayers, Ditka and Butkus blessed, should be protected by the historical society.
The Bears made a deal with the city. The Bears paid their portion, Chicago did not. This is a Chicago screw up. 💯
If they do indeed move to Indiana, welcome to Indiana! The Bears will generate a ton of money for the state of Indiana.
👉 Stop voting Blue. 👈
Even if you aren’t a fan of the Chicago Bears, do you think they should leave Chicago and Illinois? Would it feel right to you? Even if you don’t watch football anymore, just knowing the Bears aren’t playing at Soldier Field, would that sound right to you?
English

@TheEXECUTlONER_ Agreed. Just stay at Soldier Field. There’s nothing wrong with the place. Every stadium needs upgrades from time to time. Soldier Field is no different. That field is a special place
English

@jthornhil @BearFanPete_FF @ChicagoBears And then do upgrades or whatever. These domed stadiums are just lame AF anyways
English

@Astralplane3141 @BearFanPete_FF @ChicagoBears So stay in the smallest stadium in the NFL . That needs a ton of improvement that actually brings in revenue, but since the parks dept owns the stadium that can't do any of the things they want to do.
English

@jthornhil @BearFanPete_FF @ChicagoBears No one should care about the size of the stadium. The revenue is made from tv anyways. But like I said, the McCaskeys should purchase the stadium from the park dept (the city) who is bleeding for revenue. The city will get sales taxes from all purchases inside of stadium as well
English

@barstoolsports They’re staying at Soldier Field. This was a bluff to get Illinois to pay for something. Hammond isn’t happening. They didn’t even commit to the site in their statement. The same site that Goodell signed off on. It’s not happening
English

@ChrisMWilliams Here’s an idea. Why doesn’t that broke ass state and even more broke ass city just sell the soldier field complex to the McCaskey family? I know a lot of ego’s are involved but it keeps the team in the city and the team actually owns their stadium
English

This will go down as one of the most greed driven, unpopular decisions in the history of sports. Right?

Breaking: The Bears’ Board of Directors voted Thursday to advance the stadium development in Hammond, Indiana. “There is more work to do, but barring anything very strange, it’s a done deal,” one source told @AdamSchefter.
