In Islamicate astrology, the Moon is considered a benefic and its placement in Cancer with Jupiter is said to be a conjunction of joy! Today is blessed for they are conjoined! يَا قُدُّوسُ يَا نُورُ

In the Book of Felicty the Moon is personified with her zodiac sign Cancer, the Crab and Jupiter is depicted riding on top of the Crab to signfy its exaltation. It's one of my favorite depictions of Cancer which is said to hold the blessing of the Two Benefics: Jupiter & the Moon

Venus is love through and through, and love is a blessing which is why it is a benefic. Sex is also a blessing and isn't understood in the Islamicate tradition through a puritanistic lens. Sex is GOOD. And you SHOULD be having sex, but GOOD sex.

Everyone has been so invested in love and romance lately. So many people healing from old situations, old relationships, and wounds. Mashallah, I love it. I love seeing people strive to choose love and embrace love in their life. It is truly the spirit of Venus.
