One of the best moves I ever made in btc was not buy over 75k ever. Solvent af. Nothing can break me. Go to zero on btc I’ll cry but I’ll be fine. Go up only from here and I’ll stay rich. It’s just a waiting game for me at this point while I spend my fiat and live my life.

People that say they need $10M to retire at age 65. If you don't have $2M by age 50, the odds are not in your favor to hit your goal.

I have predicted the top in 2021 at 60k I have called the bottom at 16k in 2022 I have called the top at 115-125 in 2025 I’m calling the BTC bottom between 35-45k

@Mike_Light_77 @BillyM2k I was having chronic knee pain (and some ankle) and needed PT in my mid 40's. Started lifting...squats, deadlifts ... everything. By my early 50's I was in the 1000 lb club and have had ZERO pain.

@BillyM2k Do you lift? I had this. From about 42-43 I have regularly lifted weights including squats and deadlifts. I’m 51 and have zero pain today…. Except when I get an actual defined injury. No chronic anything.

is it just a rule that after you’re 40 you just have lower back pain forever
