As a UC Regent I chair the National Labs committee & just visited where I started my career, Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. Great to see they are still doing cutting edge research including net positive energy for the National Ignition Facility! @llnl_gov @UofCalifornia

Reaching for the Stars Foundation hosts the annnual Science Blast for 1,000+ 5th graders from Stockton, Lodi & Tracy at University of the Pacific (@UOPacific). Why? Because it was in 5th grade when I watched Apollo 17 Moon Landing & told myself: This is where I belong! #DreamBIG
