Not coming from an agricultural background, some measurements don’t make intuitive sense to me. A Hectares are easy enough to come to terms with: 10,000 square meters. Easy. An acre?! I still can’t wrap my head around this…

therapy is good for people in crisis but yields diminishing returns after they stabilize.
zero and negative returns if it becomes a habit without continuing to improve yourself. venting sessions are bad for you and can be had for much less $ if you have friends
