We made $77.788,48 USD playing web3 games in 167 days and we still have DOZENS of web3 gaming airdrops to claim NO multi-accounts or any extractive behavior Here’s everything we’ve learned 👇🏼 6 months ago, my brother and I set out to create @ManaGamingBR Home - the first web3 gaming hub in Brazil In just two weeks, we: • Rented a space • Bought and set up computers • Hired 3 players Since then, our team of 6 players has been grinding web3 games and engaging with nearly every new game launched Here’s where our earnings came from: • $63,980.83: Play-to-airdrop campaigns • $8,451.00: NFTs earned by playing • $2,664.00: Skill-based games • $1,816.38: Referrals • $876.00: Other sources (raffles, etc.) Most of our earnings came from these three games: 1) Cambria 2) Nifty Island 3) PirateNation We also earned smaller amounts from games like Forgotten Runiverse and Nyan Heroes While others like Castille and SuperChamps didn’t bring any revenue — mostly because we started too late or played inefficiently We still have over 20 campaigns pending airdrops or TGE, like: 1) Wanderers 2) Wilder World (MMED Campaign) 3) Proof of Play (staked 100% of our $PIRATE since Season 1) 4) The Machines Arena 5) and many many others... Our biggest takeaway (and where we're focusing in 2025) is: INVEST in web3 games and you will grow — do not EXTRACT from it Owning in-game assets (not being free-to-play) gives you a MASSIVE multiplier in your efforts For example, in Nifty Island, two of our players had different tiers: • Tier Gold (more NFTs): Earned 78,462.15 $ISLAND • Tier Basic (no NFTs): Earned 2,383.73 $ISLAND That’s a 32x multiplier — simply because of the assets we owned You don't need to spend thousands Sometimes, a small investment like a $10 season pass or equipment can give you a significant edge Free-to-playing every campaign is much harder to sustain There’s a misconception that the only way to make money is through multi-accounting or extractive behaviors That’s not true. The real money comes from believing in great games and teams —and allocating your time and money wisely If you want to live off web3 gaming, you need to be selective about where you spend your time and who you believe Your best skill should be analyzing the team behind it, their actions, and the campaigns they create for players If they regularly make great decisions, they will probably keep doing it (cheers to the GOAT team @ProofOfPlay) If they rugged you once, they will probably rug you again Get rid of that Stockholm syndrome and ditch bad projects — even if you’ve invested a lot of time and money 2025 will be the biggest year for web3 gaming We’re ready to take the leap—and we hope you are too :) Let’s live the dream of making a living from gaming
